We are a design and planning group giving personalized service to individual clients, often in very fine detail and with extreme flexibility, for design and client objectives, working per referral only.

Rich Telford, Architect, and Ian Bartosik, Designer, are the two main persons running the group as a highly productive and efficient partnership.

We have been designing and building in California since 1972, a varied competency from light commercial and restaurant to residential, tenant improvement and remodeling; snow country to desert design with renewable energy and passive solar expertise.

Due to our broard construction experience, jobsite builder interaction helps to fast track and smooth project implementation to completion. We round out our capabilities with a bit of computer aided design (C.A.D.)
